What it's like living in a firework legal...
the week prior: Kids testing out their fear of explosives at random intervals.
7pm: tiny crackling in the distance
8pm: screamers and black cats make their appearance
830pm: Children chase each other with roman candles.
9pm: why are the windows shaking
